We believe we are the answer to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. But we understand that there may be additional questions you may have. The RefreshinQ Co. is dedicated to providing answers to some of the most frequently asked questions surrounding our packs and patches.
- How long should I wear each patch?
For best results, each patch should be worn for at least 8 hours. We suggest you apply your patch at breakfast and take it off before bed.
- How are patches different than tablets or capsules?
The nutritional ingredients in the patch are delivered straight to your system, eliminating the time needed to absorb and digest through the stomach, while avoiding the unpleasant effects of oral use, such as nausea, taste and swallowing issues.
- Where should you apply patches?
Apply each patch to clean, dry skin, preferably in an area such as the exterior upper arm, shoulder, forearm or wrist.
- Can a patch be cut?
The patch ingredients are measured evenly across the underside of the patch. Cutting or trimming is not recommended because the dose, and possibly rate of absorption, would be altered.
- What if a patch falls off?
There may be occurrences of a patch becoming loose, especially if the skin is extremely oily, exposed to water or sweating. In these cases the patch may be re-applied, and if need be, first-aid tape may be used to affix the patch in place.
- Can the patch get wet?
Yes, the patch is able to be worn during bathing or swimming.
- Is it possible to wear more than one patch at a time?
Yes. All of our patches are formulated for different purposes, and they may be used in concert together for a complete nutritional regimen. Some of the ingredients may provide similar benefits or effects, so please read our ingredient fact sheet to fully understand how each patch may affect you.
- Is the patch for daily use or just “as needed”?
While nutrient delivery from the patch will start immediately upon contact, the optimum benefit is to commit to daily use. Wearing each day for a total of 8-12 hours, and initiating a new patch daily over several days will optimize absorption and provide a steady dose of nutrients.
- What if I forget to wear the patch one day?
Missing a patch for a day is the same as missing a day of nutritional therapy. It will not be harmful; it's best to start back up the following day and begin again.
- How do patches work?
Our patches are manufactured by Sextant Development LLC. They contain ingredients that have been dissolved, dispersed or otherwise mixed into the patch. They are designed to be placed on the skin and upon contact, begin to release vitamins into the body throughout wear. This allows the ingredients to be absorbed gradually instead of a one-time burst.
- Do I need a prescription?
No. Although the ingredients in our patches are curated by pharmacists, there is – no prescription required.
- What are the side effects?
While using RefreshinQ patches, mild redness or slight discoloration at the application site may occur due to adhesive residue or ingredient transfer. Stop using the patch and consult your health professional if redness does not go away after 4 days. Discontinue use if severe redness, rash or irritation occurs.
- Can I combine patches and packs?
Yes. Many of our patches and packs can be combined. Before you start a new vitamin routine, we recommend consulting with your health provider to discuss your individual health requirements.
- Are patches safe for people with latex allergies?
Yes. Our patches are latex-free and void of many common allergens and irritants.
- Are patch ingredients vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free?
Yes. Our patch ingredients are suitable for vegetarians, vegans and individuals who follow a gluten-free diet.
- How soon can I expect results?
Like any vitamin regimen, for best results, you should wear your patch consecutively each day. How quickly you experience results will depend on your body’s unique absorption rates. - What is the shelf life?
Our patches have a shelf life of 12-18 months.
- If I remove a patch and put on another one later in the day, can there be any side effects?
No. However, some of the patches may contain the same ingredients resulting in similar benefits or effects. If you have questions, please consult with our pharmacist coaches to see what combination may be best for you.
- Where is the best place to wear my patch?
We recommend choosing a spot on your upper body or one of your upper arms. For best results, apply to clean, dry, hairless skin. Avoid placing the patch anywhere below the elbow. In addition, variables in absorption will occur due to unique patient differences such as body fat composition, metabolism, skin hydration, underlying skin diseases or injuries, ethnic differences and body temperature.
- How does the pack system work?
Our packs take the guesswork out of supplement management, pre-packaging all of the vitamins and minerals you need into convenient daily packets. - Do pack supplements contain artificial ingredients?
No. The ingredients in our supplement packs are clean, botanical and void of any fillers or preservatives. They are pharmaceutical-grade and made in the USA.
- What if I miss a packet?
If it’s close to the time you were supposed to take the packet, you should take the supplements as soon as you remember. If it’s closer to your next dose, you should skip the packet and wait until your next dose.
- Are pack supplements vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free?
All of the ingredients in our pack supplements are 100% gluten-free, and many are also vegetarian and vegan-friendly. If you follow a restricted diet, please contact us at 1-888-511-5302 to discuss your individual needs.

- If I am not happy with my purchase, can I return it?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- What will appear on my billing statement?
On your statement, you will see a charge from Ritzman Pharmacies, Inc. This is an authorized charge from our sister company. Please contact email@example.com if you have questions related to your account or billing.
- What if I receive a damaged product?
In the event that there is a mistake with your order or damage during shipping, we will gladly send you a replacement. Please carefully inspect all items upon arrival and report any problems within 48 hours.
- How much is shipping?
There is a flat rate price of $5.00 for all orders under $50. All orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
